Cheltenham Chiropractic Clinic is now fully back up and running
We are pleased to say that Cheltenham Chiropractic Clinic is now fully back up and running – our registered Chiropractor Catherine Owers has been hard at work for the last 5 weeks and is finally getting used to working in full PPE (although that hasn’t been much fun in this heatwave – especially as we aren’t allowed to use fans at the moment!!)
Catherine is leaving a 20-minute gap between each appointment to thoroughly disinfect all contact surfaces (treatment bench, reception desk, chairs, door handles etc.) between each and every patient. We take your safety very seriously and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness but this does mean that our appointment capacity is significantly reduced and you may need to wait a bit longer for an appointment at present, apologies.
We have installed a perspex safety screen on the reception desk and all patients are asked to wear a mask for their appointments – Catherine is wearing a surgical mask, safety googles and single use apron and gloves for every treatment and all windows are open for good ventilation. Both treatment benches have been covered in anti-microbial vinyl and all chairs are now plastic covered for easy cleaning.
We are still working without reception cover at present so we may well take longer to return your call or answer your email – please bear with us, if the phone is not picked up please do leave a message with a contact telephone number and Catherine will return your call as soon as she has a gap between patients. Email is the most efficient way to contact us at present so if you would like to make an appointment please send a message to [email protected] including your preferred date/time of appointment and we will do our best to fit you in.
