Home exercises to keep you flexible during Lockdown

During this difficult time we know a lot of people are struggling with joint and muscle pain as being on Lockdown means a lot of us are not moving around as much as we normally do. It is really important to get out and do your daily permitted exercise if you can as a walk, run or cycle will do wonders for your musculoskeletal system and being outside (especially in this beautiful weather) has big benefits for your mental health too. There are plenty of stretches and exercises that can be performed at home though and we set out a few videos below that will give you a program to work on for three different areas of the body.
